COVID means 2021 being done in the workshop!

The large crow drawing is an observational drawing worked during the winter of 2018- 2019. A poem by John Milton, 1608 - 1674 entitled, On Time, is embedded within the drawing.

The watercolour painting of the large spiral chronicle was worked concurrently with the drawing but over a twelve month period. The painting sources many of the images in the drawing.

The etchings were inspired by both the drawing and painting. They were completed in the spring of 2020. The status of the current British political system and Corona Virus pandemic resonate in these images.
